Here is my replica of Seattle's first major department store, The Bon Marche. I am currently working on the store's circa-2015 interior (when it was Macy's) and seem to be making good progress! I have yet to finish it and add the store's nine stairwells. As of 3 November 2025, This store is officially complete! The 10-level parking garage on the west and its connecting skybridge on third avenue were not included. A Brief History The store was built in 1929 with two basements four floors, and a mezzanine, and in 1955, four more floors were added on top (hence the darker terracotta). Here is my replica of Seattle's Legendary Frederick & Nelson department store as it looks from the mid-80s until Nordstrom transformed it in 1997. I have yet to work on the store's interior.
